Service Provider

Whenever phrases such as "we", "our", "us", etc. are used in the Terms, they shall be understood as the Service Provider.

Service Recipient

Any entity using the Website, including the services available on it.

Consumer

A Service Recipient who is a natural person, using the Website without direct connection to their business or professional activity.

Privileged Entrepreneur

A Service Recipient who is a natural person concluding a contract based on the Terms (or taking steps to conclude this contract), directly related to their business activity, but not having a professional character for them.

Privileged Service Recipient

A Service Recipient who is a Consumer or a Privileged Entrepreneur.

TECHNICAL CONDITIONS

For the proper use of the Website, it is necessary to meet the following technical conditions:

  • an active e-mail account - if you use features requiring an e-mail address.

Any additional technical requirements regarding Extended Services are indicated to the User in accordance with legal requirements.

SERVICES ON THE WEBSITE

On our Website, we provide digital services, indicated below in the Terms ("Services" or "Service").

Within the Website, we distinguish the following Services:

a) Basic:

  • the ability to browse our Website

and

b) Extended:

  • enabling subscription to the newsletter (the rules for using this service are set out in a separate document, available here: payra.global)
  • Crypto Payment Gateway, Plugins, API, Payment Links, Fiat Settlement, Comprehensive Cryptocurrency Payments for Your Business. (the rules for using this service are set out in a separate document, available here: payra.global)

BASIC SERVICES

Using the Basic Services on the Website is free of charge, entirely voluntary, and depends on your will. In order to use the Basic Service, you should use the appropriate features of the Website.

We begin providing the Basic Service when you start using this Service.

You can resign from the provision of the Basic Service at any time without incurring any costs by ceasing to use this Service.

COMPLAINT HANDLING

Please submit any complaints regarding the Website and Services via the Point of Contact, the details of which are indicated at the beginning of the Terms.

We consider complaints within 14 days of receiving them.

Detailed complaint procedures for Extended Services have been specified separately, within the rules concerning a given Service.

PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA

OTHER PROVISIONS REGARDING SERVICES

  • Each time you use the Service governed by this document, it constitutes a separate agreement, and its current content - in the form of these Terms - is available on the Website.
  • It is forbidden for you to provide unlawful content as part of the Services.
  • The agreement is concluded in Polish, for the duration and purpose of providing the Service.
  • The agreement is subject to Polish law, subject to the following sentence.
  • The choice of Polish law for an agreement concluded on the basis of the Terms with a Consumer does not waive or limit your consumer rights granted to you under mandatory provisions of law applicable to you in a situation where there is no choice of law. This means in particular that if the national regulations applicable to you provide for broader consumer protection than that resulting from these Terms or Polish law - this broader protection applies.
  • In the event of a possible dispute related to the agreement, if you are not a Privileged Service Recipient, the competent court will be the court competent for our registered office.
  • All our liability in connection with the agreement concluded based on the Terms towards you - if you are not a Privileged Service Recipient - is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
